Hi, I’m Del….and I take pictures.  I have been doing it both recreationally and professionally for a while now.  Most of my life has been spent in Michigan and for over 25 of those years I was a photo journalist for the Grand Rapids Press. The experience I gained there was invaluable. I’ve even received a few awards for my work. It helped prepare me for a profession in lifestyle photography.  Some of my favorite photos are the unplanned, capturing the unexpected  on camera and showing the true emotions of the moment.
 
These days I’m making Florida my home and I have to say that the photo opportunities here on the west coast are incredible! I love that I’m surrounded by beautiful beaches and spectacular sunsets!  In fact, you might consider a sunset wedding or senior pictures on the beach…
 
I love taking pictures but more importantly, I want you to love the pictures I take.
